When I talk to my customers about the need for a CDP, I always get them to reflect on their current state with respect to what information they know, need and use in their sales, marketing, customer service, and strategy work processes.
Here are some of the questions I would ask if I had the chance to talk yo you. You can take the quiz and determine if a CDP conversation is right for you. You might want to do this at lunch with the CIO, CMO, VP Sales, Customer Service Director, and perhaps Operations VP. Don't forget to invite the CEO!
